Coconut oil helping Alzheimer’s and possibly autism victims including many more

I have to say that I am very excited about sharing this video with my followers and readers.  Our family recently went through a diet change at home which is where I was introduced to coconut oil and the benefits for the body.  My initial reason for incorporating coconut oil into our diet was for weight loss.  Since the first day, I have been exposed and introduced to so MANY benefits of this oil to the body, that I was never aware of to begin with.

PLEASE, PLEASE watch this video and see if it helps you.  NOTE: if you have an allergy to coconut, I would NOT recommend you add this to your diet!!   A couple of family members who have chronic health problems have added this oil to their diet have noticed immediate improvements in their health and well-being.  This video will partially help explain why.  If you like chocolate here is a tasty way to add coconut oil in your diet!

Chocolate Delight

1 C. cocoa

1 C. Coconut Oil, melted

8 packages Stevia
Agave Nectar
Flavored Stevia – Peppermint, English Toffee (Optional)

Fluff cocoa with a fork to break up any chunks. Add melted Coconut Oil.

Mix in Stevia adding more or less depending on taste. Add a stick or a few drops of Agava Nectar and a few drops of flavored stevia to taste.
